I’m delighted to have been chosen by Mark for his photography project to challenge the Essex Girl stereotype .

While the term ‘girl’ is a bit stretching at my age, I am happy to take it 😁

Essex girl
[British derogatory] a contemptuous term applied (usually jocularly) to a type of young woman, supposedly to be found in and around Essex, and variously characterised as unintelligent, promiscuous, and materialistic.

I’m in good company with a combat scene actor, artist & curator and author to name but a few! So take a look here.
